Are you open?

Yes! We currently provide bottle sales and cocktails to go in the store. Please note that the cocktails to go are not available online and may only be purchased on site with an ID.

What are your hours?

We are open Sunday through Friday from 11am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm.

Do you ship?

Yes! We teamed up with a courier service at the beginning of May 2020 to better serve our beautiful state. Please see fill your cart up with $50 of product to check delivery fee on the checkout page. The delivery fees vary by zip code, so please make sure to enter your complete delivery address on the checkout page to see your delivery fee. Packages go out every Wednesday and Friday.

How do I order?

You may place an order 24/7 via our website for takeout, delivery or courier shipping.

How long will my order take once I place it?

TAKEOUT: We require roughly 24 hours to complete your order. Orders for spirits only will be available the same day you order them. Wine, Cider or Beer will be available to be picked up the following day.

DELIVERY: Orders placed before 5pm will take 3 – 5 business days to deliver depending on your zip code.

How do I know when my order will be ready/delivered?
You will receive an email notifying you when your order is ready for pick up or is out for delivery.

How do I pick up my order?

Please head to the door at 2103 Penn Ave Pittsburgh, PA with your Order number and a valid ID. A Libations Specialist will grab your order for you

Can somebody else pick up my order?
Yes! They must have your order number and a valid ID to pick up the order.

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?
Yes. We must be able to verify your age at the time of delivery with your ID. A person under the age of 21 may not receive your order.

Will you be restocking your website soon?
Due to covid-19 and the state stores shutting down, our products have been in high demand. Our distilleries are working tirelessly to get as much product as they can to us. New shipments keep coming everyday so please keep an eye on our website or social media for updates.

I placed my order for takeout, but I want to switch to delivery.

We are unable to retroactively charge your card for the delivery fee. We can only refund you so you may place a new, second order with the delivery option chosen. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to hit your account.
