100% Pink Catawba. Vineyard: Lake Erie Region, PA. Residual Sugar: 3.7%. ABV 12.5%. Fermentation: Stainless Steel. Aging: Unaged. Honeysuckle, Melon, and Cream on the nose. Grapefruit, Strawberry, and crisp Apple on the palate, with medium-low acidity and a nice grape-y finish. Pairs well with Chinese food, chicken dishes, and butter mashed potatoes. It has won four awards over the years.
