100% Steuben. Vineyard: Lake Erie Region, PA. Residual Sugar: 2.5% (Semi-Sweet). Fermentation: Stainless steel. Aging: Unaged. White flowers on the nose with a hint of white pepper. Lots of red fruit on the palate; strawberry, raspberry, and a slight spiciness carries through the finish! There’s an interesting note of black tea leaves on the palate. Medium acidity, light to medium body. This wine pairs well with salads, chicken or Thai food.
