100% PA Molasses. ABV: 54.8% Proof: 109.6. The decadent BLY rum that is then aged in oak for almost a year. The rum extracted a great red color from the barrel as well as great taste. On the nose you pick up butterscotch and sugar. That sweetness comes through in the front and then you get a strong smoke and oak flavor that then finishes sweet. Certainly a whiskey-like aged rum.
