(75% corn, 21% rye, 4 % malt). At least 2 years in 53 gallon oak. Light nutty vanilla nose, the palate is light as well, you get some sweet corn, with notes of caramel apple and a touch of spice. This bourbon was bottled out of necessity while they wait for liberty to age to maturity.
