Distilled in copper pot still and then aged with toasted oak and married with spices. On the nose you will pick up those spices like nutmeg and clove, also citrus and vanilla. It is slightly sweet on the palate up front with some vanilla but those dry spices and oak balance things and leave a dry finish.
