A representation of one of America’s first spirits which was typically made from a type of apple, the Baldwin Apple, which was first discovered in the 1740s by a relative of the owner of Eight Oaks. Apple cider is exactly what you get on the nose and on the palate you get a nice mellow, slightly sweeter, spirit that still has plenty of apple to it.
