ABV: 44% Proof: 88. Made from locally sourced apple cider (blend of McIntosh & Gala apples) and aged in three different types of barrels. They first pour applejack into used Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels for 18 months and then afterwards transfer into their own 25 gallon used bourbon barrels for 21 months. They additionally pour separate applejack into a toasted barrel for 28 months and blend all the barrels together after the aging. Hard apple cider/ apple juice and caramel come through on the nose and the palate which has a nice medium body.
