Eight Oaks – Bourbon

ABV: 44% Proof: 88. (78% corn, 9% unmalted barley, 8% rye, 5% red winter wheat). Made from corn, rye, and wheat all grown and milled on site then double distilled and aged in hand selected American White Oak Barrels for no less than 2 years. Candied apple is most present on the nose, toasted sweet corn with a kiss of smoke and caramel comes out on the palate.
