ABV: 44% Proof: 88. Made from red winter wheat and corn grown on their farm. They infuse their spirit with fresh botanicals that include rosemary, lemongrass, coriander, orange, and orris root. You get bright lemongrass and coriander on the nose. Up front sweet notes of orange are present then it is balanced with drier notes of rosemary and juniper on the finish.
