Their gin made from farm grown wheat and corn then infused with lemongrass, rosemary, orris root, coriander, and orange then aged in used Chardonnay barrels for 1 year (French Oak). A gin heavy nose with citrus and coriander but on the palate the botanicals are very mellow although you get some of that citrus and a little vanilla from the barrel.
