ABV: 40% Proof: 80.Made from 100% turbinado raw sugar, fermented with Caribbean rum yeast and distilled twice in copper pot stills. Then they slowly proof down the spirit and let it rest in stainless steel containers for about 3 months to aid in flavor and ester development. Slight vegetal and vanilla notes come through on both the nose and the palate.
