100% Pinot Noir source from Fero Vineyards. ABV: 11.5%. Residual Sugar: 0.1%. A dry sparkling rose bottled using the traditional Methode Champenoise. Stone fruit notes of black cherry and plum highlight an intensely fruit palate. A nice amount of acidity complement its dry finish. Pairs well with lamb loin, prime rib, and grilled mushrooms.
