�Barrel 10. 60% corn, 36% rye, 4% Barley malt. Aged for 5 years in 53 gallon oak. Barrel selected by PA Libations. This is a true barrel to bottle product, after it is poured out of the barrel into a stainless steel vat it is allowed time to settle, so that there is no need to filter, then it is bottled without being proofed down. On the nose you pick up notes of rich creamy butterscotch and a hint of orange. On the palate it is a full bodied whiskey with nice viscosity where you�ll taste that rich caramely sweetness upfront with note of chocolate and then on the finish you get a touch of baking spice and slight oak.
