They vapor distill the spirit through coffee and organic cocoa then blend it with a cold brew coffee and just the right amount of sugar post distillation. This results in a liqueur that has the aroma of dark chocolate and coffee beans and on the palate it is like sipping on a mocha with some bitter sweet chocolatey notes. Caffeine but not as much as Maggie’s.
