Bloody Butcher Bourbon- ABV: 47.5% Proof: 95. Their bloody butcher corn is provided by Castle Valley Mill in Doylestown, PA. Also made with malted rye and barley from Deer Creek Malt House. Aged for 9 months. This is certainly not your typical bourbon, the nose is dominated by grass and earthy, mud-like aromas. On the palate you pick up the earthy notes and also get some toasty, woody notes with only the slightest touch of sweetness.
