ABV: 47.5% Proof: 95. Their bloody butcher corn is provided by Castle Valley Mill in Doylestown, PA. Also made with malted rye and barley from Deer Creek Malt House. Aged for 12 months. This is certainly not your typical bourbon, the nose is dominated by grass and earthy, mud like aromas. On the palate you pick up the earthy notes and also get some toasty, woody notes with only the slightest touch of sweetness.
