ABV: 45% Proof: 90. Made from Demerara sugar fermented with a tequila blue agave yeast then aged for 8 months in used millstone rye barrels. A robust nose with notes of molasses, chocolate, and cherry. On the palate it is lighter in flavor it you’ll pick up some sugary caramel as well as a touch oak and spice, a little nod from the rye whiskey barrels.
