ABV: 43.4%. Proof: 86.8. 99% corn, 1% barley. Aged for 10 years in used bourbon barrels, then blended in order to replicate the flavor profile of a 1940/50s sample of Kinsey whiskey. On the nose you pick up a little butterscotch and oak. On the palate you’ll find notes of burnt sugar, with some earthiness, but overall a mellow and light whiskey.
