ABV: 47.5% Proof: 95. (60% malted rye, 40% rye). Made with rye from Deer Creek Malt House. This is a whiskey that has some nice sweetness from the fact they use malted rye, you pick up some maple on the nose as well as rye toast. That balance comes through on the palate also with notes of honey, spice, hay, and a little nuttiness.
