Fermentation: Individual components fermented in climate controlled stainless steel tanks. Inoculated yeast strain. Aging: Components racked once and aged on fine lees for seven months before final blending, filtration, and bottling. This white wine is fruity and soft, almost like a fruit cocktail in a glass. The apple blend which comprises roughly 25% of the blend is made from PA grown, fresh pressed York Imperial, Enterprise, and Golden Delicious apples. This wine goes great with hot pepper and spicy foods.
