Fermentation: Individual components fermented in climate controlled stainless-steel tanks, inoculated yeast strain. Aging: Racked out of fermentation and aged for four months in stainless-steel before final blending and filtration, force carbonated to 2 vol, isobaric canning. Deliciously fruity and bubbly with just the right amount of sweetness. This wine was blended with the same approach that was used in crafting Masquerade. It gets a boost of peach character from a minor addition of natural flavor. It is conveniently packaged in a lightweight recyclable can. Drink right from the can or pour into a glass. This wine pairs well with most things, including summer salads, BBQ, chicken and fish dishes, and cheeses.
