Vineyard: Costemagna Vineyards, Lodi, CA. Residual Sugar: 0%. ABV: 14%. Fermentation: Primary on skins. Aging: Oak.A full-bodied red with plum, black fruit and chocolate with earthy and tobacco notes. Recommended to be paired with fatty red meats, BBQ, fatty fish, aged cheeses, pasta, and pizza.
