Rye grains are all grown naturally without any pesticides or herbicides and in counties that lie within the Monongahela River Basin. Because of the uniqueness of our soils this unique Rye produces a spirit that has aromas of baking spice and dark fruits while it is pleasing to the eye with rich red caramel color. The flavor profile is vanilla, cooked sugars peppery Rye spices and dark fruits.
