Ponfeigh – Maple Cask Rye

Ponfeigh's Maple Barrel Finish is a limited expression of our rye whiskey finished in locally sourced maple syrup barrels. Produced in Somerset County, PA, this spirit combines the traditions of an area historically known as the birthplace of American whiskey and as PA's largest producer of maple syrup. The deep rye spice and maple sweetness of our traditional Westsylvania Rye is elevated with the oak and maple character it gets from this barrel finish.
