This Riesling was made in a way to preserve and capture the natural fruit flavors. These flavors and aromas includes citrus like lemon and luscious grapefruit paired with juicy peach. Overall a medium dry wine that has a juicy characteristic to it as well. Pairs with spicy food, lobster, scallops, fruits, and smoked cheeses and meats.
