75% rye, 25% rye malt. ABV: 44% Proof: 88. This gin is a palate pleasing adventurous medley of fresh cucumber, cardamom, black peppercorn, slight juniper and citrus notes as well. A very robust gin that is scientifically made using a process called vacuum distillation to get the fresh cucumber flavor (put simply, vaccuum distillation is where they boil the alcohol at a lower temp as to not cook the cucumber but rather have the fresh flavor latch on to the alcohol vapor).
