Quantum Spirits – Marquette Liqueur

ABV: 22% Proof: 44. This is Quantum’s take on a sweet vermouth, comparable to Dolin. They produce it by blending their rye neutral spirit with Marquette wine, which is a medium bodied red wine made in PA, then add sugar, roobias, allspice, and, orange to flavor it up. On the nose you can pick grape, raisin, roobios, and a slight floral aroma. You get a touch of sweetness, some dryness from the wine, and a good balance of the roobias and spice to bring it all together.
