80% bourbon (mostly 7 year old with some 4 year old) 20% 4 year rye (65% rye, 25% white sweet corn, 10% malted barely). ABV: 43% Proof: 86. A whiskey blend masterfully blended by legendary distiller Dick Stoll. Honey on the nose and on the palate you get hints of herbs and stone fruit but then very clean on the finish. A Pennsylvania twist on bourbon with the rye that comes through while the 7 year bourbon rounds out the flavor and gives the whiskey good body. Proofed down with local Lancaster limestone water.
