Our most recent barrels were released December 10 — ‘Sweet Wheat’ and ‘Texas Hold ‘Em.’
Sweet Wheat is our first wheated bourbon — with a mash bill of 60% Corn, 22% Wheat and 18% Malted Barley. It was distilled in Nashville, Tennessee, and matured for 5 years and 1 month before being bottled by hand in Pittsburgh’s Strip District.
Texas Hold ‘Em was distilled in Houston, Texas, from a mash bill of 75% Corn, 21% Rye and 4% Malted Barley and aged for four years and 5 months before being bottled by our Pittsburgh production team.
