According to the act, be considered a BIB whiskey it must be distilled in the same season, at a single distillery, aged for no less than 4 years at a government bonded warehouse, and bottled at 100 proof.
This 6 year old version of our Bottled in Bond is Thistle Finch's oldest whiskey to date. This spirit opens with an aroma of dried fruit and a dash of honey. Arrival on the pallet will bring out notes of warm caramel, cherry & finishing with a blend of sweetness and spice
