ABV: 32.5 Proof: 65. Made with the same neutral grain base (100% Corn) they use to make bluecoat. They add natural ingredients including, cinnamon, nutmeg, rose hips, kola nut, elderflower. Sweetened with muscavdo, a sugar which has a molasses flavor, almost a cross between brown sugar and Demerara. Different double maceration process than the absinthe, they start macerating with one set of botanicals then add more later on. They �age� the amaro by maturing it with toasted oak cubes for 2 weeks. It is a spice forward liqueur that�s sweet with notes of fruit and herbal tones as well.
