60% rye, 30% wheat, 10% malted barley. ABV: 45% Proof: 90. Distilled in small batches in their hand made copper pot still and aged for 3 years in 53 gallon charred oak barrels. Canadian whisky under belly but more barrel notes to this rye. Earthy, oaky, and bready from that high cut of wheat that helps to mellow the rye as well.
