100% Vidal Blanc. ABV: 11%. Residual sugar: 16%. Vintage: 2017. Made by pressing frozen Vidal Blanc grapes that have been allowed to freeze naturally on the vine. The juice is then partially fermented to concentrate and preserve residual sugar. An intense and flavorful dessert wine with notes of fig, honey, marmalade, and apricot.
