100% Merlot sourced from Martha Clara Vineyards. ABV: 12%. Residual sugar: 0%. Vintage: 2016. This medium-full bodied red offers a depth of rich fruit flavors and a supple mouth feel. Fermented for seven days through traditional skin contact fermentation, then matured in a combination of oak barrels and stainless steel tanks. Aged for 18 months in French and Hungarian oak. Pairs well with red meat and hearty soups.
