ABV: 46.5% Proof: 93. (70% corn, 20% rye, 10% malt). Aged at least 2 years. Fermented with saison beer yeast. A whiskey with body where on the nose you’ll find some vanilla and cherry. On the palate you might pick up that vanilla along with notes of clove and cinnamon making a different and complex bourbon. 95 overall rating at the 2018 Ultimate Spirits Challenge.
