ABV: 40% Proof: 80. 100% Malted Barley. A blended whisky imported from Scotland and bottled by CJ Spirits. This whisky is a tribute to owner Sam Cummings' late father, Sam Sr. He was instrumental in the opening of the distillery and Sam Jr. had always promised his father they would one day have a scotch. This whisky has a pleasant nose of sweetness, apple, and a touch of smoke. That whisp of peat smoke comes through on the palate but it isn’t overwhelming at all just adds a nice flavor to this lighter, easy drinking Scotch.
