ABV: 46.5% Proof: 93. (70% rye, 20% corn, 10% malted barley). Fermented with red wine yeast from France’s Loire Valley. Aged at least 2 years. On the nose you will pick up a sweet, spiced honey aroma. On the palate it is robust with rye spice, clove and ginger, not as sweet as the nose might suggest. Won the Whiskey Advocate Craft Whiskey of the Year and a 93 overall rating in the 2019 Ultimate Spirits Challenge.
