100% Pinot Noir sourced from Fero Vineyards. ABV: 11.5%. Residual sugar: 0.1%. A dry sparkling rwine bottled using the traditional Méthode Champenoise. Stone fruit notes of black cherry and plum highlight an intensely fruity palate. A nice amount of acidity compliments its dry finish. Pairs well with lamb loin, prime rib, and grilled mushrooms.
